Does my journey match moverii?

On moverii, travelers find their active dream vacation. Accordingly, the basic requirement for all journeys on moverii is a combination of accommodation and sports / activity program. The sports / activity program should always be led by professional guides / instructors / trainers.

In addition, we offer travelers a quality promise. For this reason, we only include journeys on moverii that are rated with at least 4.5 out of 5 stars on independent platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor or Facebook. If you haven't received any reviews for your journeys yet, this is not an exclusion criteria! Just contact us personally in this case.

If these two requirements are fulfilled, we look forward to welcoming you and your journeys on moverii! It doesn't matter how big or small your company is, how long it takes or where you travel to. The main thing is that you share your personal passion with your journeys and offer authentic experiences to travelers.

We are the founders Adrian and Daniel, two brothers from the Rhineland, and the whole moverii team. We love to discover the world in a sporty way and use our marketing and IT knowledge to offer everyone easy access to what we love ourselves: sports & active holidays!

How can I work together with moverii?

To work with us, you can simply register. With your registration you get access to your personal area as a host and can start immediately: Create your first journey directly or book a video call for a personal meeting.

As a host, you know your journey better than anyone else. That's why you can easily create your own journey step by step with our digital process. This way you can describe your journey in a really authentic way and design it according to your wishes. Each step is clearly described and provided with tips on what works well. You can also look at examples of successful descriptions. If you still get stuck at any point, we are always happy to help. Either way, we'll check out your journey to make sure all aspects of an optimized and complete journey description are included.

To manage your availability, you have the option of using our booking system, connecting your booking system to ours, or working with booking requests. Depending on this, travelers can book directly or just make a request, which you can confirm or decline in your partner area. In addition, you can communicate directly with guests and respond to reviews through your partner area.

The payment is made immediately after the travelers' booking: We keep our commission and the remaining amount is automatically transferred to your specified bank account. Invoices are also created automatically. You can access and download them at any time in your partner area.

The best thing about it is: There are no costs for you, neither for the use of your personal partner area nor for the marketing of your journeys! You only pay a commission for each successful booking made through moverii.

What are the costs of working together with moverii?

When partnering with moverii you do not face any fixed costs, one-time costs or any other costs. We only take a percentage commission for each successful booking. That means you only pay if you really get something in return and have no risk at all!

Which target group can I attract to my journeys with moverii?

A passion for the combination of journeys and sports - that's what connects all our travelers!

Our travelers come from German and English speaking countries, so your journeys are automatically offered by us in German and in English. In addition, the diversity is great: We have travelers of all ages, who travel alone or together with their partner, with friends, with the whole family or as a group. The desires are also different: from low budget camping journeys to luxury retreats, everything fits moverii!

To find the guests that fit your journey, you can define your target group and basic parameters when creating your journey. We will then market your journeys to your exact target group based on your settings. This way you can be sure that your guests fit you and your journey!

How does the booking process work?

The booking process for travelers depends on how you as a host manage your availabilities. You have three options:

  1. You can use our booking system and easily manage your availabilities in your partner area.
  2. You can connect your booking system with ours and synchronize your availabilities live.
  3. You can work with booking requests. In this case, your availabilities are not live on moverii and travelers cannot book your journey directly, but only make a request.

If you use our booking system or connect your booking system to ours, the booking process is fully automated. This means that travelers can book and pay for available journeys immediately. They will then automatically receive a booking confirmation and your personal welcome message.

If you work with booking requests and therefore do not offer live availability on moverii, you will receive a notification for each new booking request and can easily confirm or decline it in your partner area. When you confirm the booking request, the seats are reserved for a period of time that you specify. During this time, travelers can make their payment and confirm the reservation.

No matter which option you choose, each time you make a booking you will receive a notification with the travelers' dates and your guests are automatically booked in. The full amount minus our commission will be transferred to your bank account immediately with the booking.

How does the payment process work?

Travelers pay the full amount securely through our website. Afterwards, the amount minus our commission will be automatically transferred to your deposited bank account.

The transfer is made in local currency. The average processing time is 1-3 business days for transfers within the European Union and 3-7 business days for international transfers.

You can view your invoices for the commission amount in the provider area at any time and download them if necessary. The commission refers to the total amount, including all booked extras.

When booking, travelers have the option of various payment methods, such as PayPal, credit / debit cards, Apple Pay and instant bank transfer. There are no costs for you. In addition, your guests will automatically receive a booking confirmation. So you don't have to worry about anything and your guests have a positive booking experience.

Can I communicate directly with travelers?

Yes, you can communicate directly with travelers through your inbox.

Besides the possibility of booking, travelers can send you a contact request. In this case, you will be notified in your partner area as well as by email and can reply directly in your inbox.

In addition, your guests will receive a personal welcome message from you following a booking. You only have to write this message once when you create your journey and it will be sent automatically from your inbox every time you receive a booking. Of course, you can also contact your guests at any time independently of the welcome message.

What marketing channels are used to promote my journeys?

Our goal is to make your journeys tangible for potential guests! To do this, we create various media material and at the same time use the images, texts and videos that you provide us with when creating your journey.

In order to attract as many people as possible to your journey, we create different customer journeys for the different target groups. These customer journeys have different touchpoints in the digital world, which address your target group with the help of precisely tailored media and inspire the right people for your journey. For this we use the classic performance marketing channels, as well as long-term cooperations and search engine marketing.

Another important part is our existing moverii travelers. We are consistently rated 5 out of 5 stars and accordingly, many who have traveled with moverii once will book their next sports & activity journey with us.

If you want an extra push, there's the option for our marketing team to visit you on site and produce authentic, high-quality content from your journey. You can use these images and videos to showcase your journey. At the same time, we will highlight your journey in our social media channels and share the experience with you.

How do I create my journey on moverii?

You as a host know your journey better than anyone else. That's why you can easily create your own journey on moverii and describe it in a truly authentic way.

To create your journey on moverii, you go through a simple digital process. Each step is clearly described with tips on what works well. You can also see examples of successful descriptions.

If you don't have enough time to complete all the steps in one go, you can simply save your current progress and continue at the same point next time.

Once you have completed the creation of your journey, we will do a final cross-check to make sure that all important aspects of an optimized and complete journey description are included. Then your journey will go online and be available for travelers to book!

You can make changes to your journey at any time via your personal partner area.

Can guests rate my journey on moverii?

On the day of departure, we send a message to your guests asking them to rate their stay with you. These reviews will be automatically displayed on the page of your journey and can be seen by all users on moverii.

A rating on moverii consists of a number of stars from 1 - 5 and a text where your guests describe their experience. You always have the possibility to reply to reviews.

How many bookings can I expect?

Our goal is to provide you as a host with a relevant number of travelers. We do our best to achieve this, but cannot guarantee any binding booking numbers.

Some journeys are booked several times a day, others rather monthly. There are many reasons for this and often different factors come together, from the presentation of the journey to the cancellation policies for your journey.

If the number of bookings for your journey is below your expectations, you are always welcome to contact us and we will go into an analysis to understand the reasons and work out different measures. Then, together with you, we will optimize your journey and test different options until we get as many bookings for your journey that you are happy and satisfied.

In addition, we recommend that you keep your journey up to date and constantly improve it yourself: be it through new pictures, a discount promotion or new texts. Feel free to contact us at any time and we will gladly support you to become even more successful together!

What do I do if I want support?

We value fair and sustainable partnerships at eye level. Personal communication with our hosts is particularly important to us. Our team is always by your side and has an open ear for you. Whether it's a question about the creation of your journey, challenges with travelers or a completely different concern - together we will find an individual solution for you!

In addition to the personal contact, you will find your own help center in your personal partner area with tips and answers to many different questions about moverii - both in text and visual form. You will also receive regular updates with exciting insights and new features for your journey via email.

What are the cancellation policies?

At the latest since the Covid-19 pandemic, cancellation conditions and the associated assurances have become increasingly important for travelers. For this reason, we have defined standardized cancellation conditions that are transparent, fair and easy to understand.

In order to offer you as a partner the necessary flexibility at the same time, we have divided these standardized cancellation conditions into three different cancellation conditions, from which you can choose freely:

Very flexible

  • 100% refund of the total amount in case of cancellation up to 7 or more days before the start of the journey.
  • No refund for cancellation 6 days or less before the journey.

Flexible

  • 100% refund of the total amount in case of cancellation up to 30 or more days before the start of the journey.
  • 50% refund of the total amount in case of cancellation between 15-29 days before the start of the journey.
  • No refund for cancellation 14 days or less before the journey.

Moderate

  • 100% refund of the total amount in case of cancellation up to 60 or more days before the start of the journey.
  • 50% refund of the total amount in case of cancellation between 30-59 days before the start of the journey.
  • No refund for cancellation 29 days or less before the journey.
