Therefore, we have defined four tiers of cancellation conditions and sorted all journeys on our website into these four tiers. You can cancel the majority of our journeys without providing a reason and instantly receive a 100% refund!

Rescheduling as an additional option

As an alternative to a cancellation, you can also reschedule journeys free of charge. Many journeys can also be rescheduled at a point in time where they are no longer eligible for a free refund. If this is the case, you will find the relevant information in the journey description, detailing when you can reschedule the journey free of charge.

Independent of this, you have the possibility to reschedule your travel dates if you have received a positive Covid 19 test or are ordered to a quarantine order before the start of your journey.
